While sociocratic consensus circles can have many missions and goals, Saba Circles are focused solely on supporting, sustaining, and growing the cooperative as a whole. Saba circles include those that actively promote and assist the development of Saba’s network of communities, teach and engage in missions rooted in our values, and generate revenue used to support our missions. As Saba is a 501c3 nonprofit, all Saba Circles are expected to be working toward benefitting the cooperative as a whole, contributing to what is offered to all participants, vs profiting any individual or small group specifically.
Saba Circles are open to all participants who are actively involved in their cooperative missions. Formal entry into sociocratic consensus circles can be requested or by invite.
